About Circle Square Childcare Inc.

Our Philosophy

We at Circle Square Childcare Inc. view all our children to be Mighty Learners. We believe that each child has the right to foster and grow their own learning. Each child learns at their own pace, and in their own time.

Our Educators take on the role of co-learners with our children, in that we all learn together.

We base our curriculum on Flight- Alberta's Early Learning and Care Framework Curriculum.

We will create an open and bright learning experience for all children, no matter race, religion, gender, or family dynamic.

We strive to make sure each child meets the requirements for their age, and are ready for school when the time comes.

We strive to make sure that all the children have their needs met in every area; social, physical, intellectual, cognitively, and emotionally.

Our Staff

Our staff at Circle Square Childcare Inc. are highly trained and experienced in child care. They are passionate about working with children and are committed to providing the best possible care and education for your child.

Our Program

We offer a variety of planning at Circle Square Childcare Inc. to meet the individual needs and interests of each child. Our program includes infant care, toddler care up to age 6, and school age care on PD days and holidays (winter and summer break).

Ms. Elece Boruck

Owner and Program Director

Ms. Elece has worked in childcare for over 20 years in Red Deer. She has worked in a variety of centres before opening Circle Square Childcare Inc. in 2021.

She has completed her Level 3 ELCC diploma and also holds a certificate in FLIGHT and as an Educational Assistant.

Ms. Elece grew up in BC before moving to Alberta in 2002 where she settled down and marr

Miss Tawnya

Assistant Director

Miss Tawnya has worked with Circle Square Childcare for over a year and a half. In this time she has worked in various rooms and has worked her way up to Assistant Director. Miss Tawnya does the tours for the centre and is who all our families meet first!

She has a passion for all children, and loves them just like her own! She is fun and happy and loves to goof around!

Miss Sabree

Rhino Room/OSC

Miss Sabree has been working with Circle Square Childcare for over a year. She has worked in both our infant and toddler rooms before starting out in our OSC room for the summer.

Miss Sabree is super creative and artistic and has an amazing way of setting up the classrooms. Miss Sabree is great with the kids and staff alike and has ambitions to move up into an Assistant Dir

Miss Bailey

Koala Room

Miss Bailey started out as one of our practicum students and we loved her infectious personality so much that we hired her to work full time with us! You will see Miss Bailey in the late evenings dancing and playing with the kids as she is our closer.

Mr. Harnidh

Koala Room

Mr. Harnidh has also been with us over a year. He too started out as a practicum student that amazed us so much we just had to keep him!

Mr. Harnidh just finished his ELCC diploma and is now a level 3 educator. After a short stint in our Pre-K room we learned that Mr Harnidh has a huge passion for our older babies! He loves to take amazing photos of the kids for the families to

Miss Gladys

Koala Room

Miss Gladys has also been with us over a year now! She has floated between our toddlers and our infants. Miss Gladys loves to do crafts with the kids and you will always see her giggling with them over something mischievous we are sure! Miss Gladys is also someone you will see bright and early as one of our opening educators.
